# AMANAR Surf Retreat > Surf, wellness and coliving residence in Tamraght, Morocco — 12 km north > of Agadir on the Atlantic coast. Opening November 2026. A deliberately > small house: 24 residents maximum. All-inclusive stays of 3 to 28 > nights. AMANAR is a surfhouse, not a hotel. In the Amazigh language "Amanar" is the name of the Orion constellation — the stars nomads follow to find their way — and the house is meant as a landmark on the Atlantic: a community that forms around surfing, yoga and the ocean rather than a place people pass through. Three programmes share one roof — Surf, Wellness and Nomad — alongside an on-site restaurant (Ziri Table), a rooftop, a hammam and a botanical garden. Opening November 2026.
